RESERVING CLASS & CLASS RULES
As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book via the Aleō site.
Please note: you can SAVE YOUR SPOT online, but ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE IN-STUDIO.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. If you are not in the studio when the class is set to begin, your spot will be given away to another client.
In order to cancel your attendance without penalty, you must process a cancellation using the site. Sports are limited and valuable to the Aleō community. We ask for your respect when booking classes and plan attendance.
If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please inform your instructor before the start of class.
For the comfort of everyone, please keep your mobile phones on silent during class. Let’s stay present and enjoy the session fully!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All purchases and transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any client for unused membership periods or casual/class credit holders.
