Instructor spotlight - Meg! 💖 Meg brings over 15 Instructor spotlight - Meg! 💖

Meg brings over 15 years of experience in health and movement to her Pilates practice. She’s guided by a deep passion for how movement transforms the way we feel, live, and connect.

Originally based in Montreal, Canada, Meg served as a Master Trainer for Essentrics, leading workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats internationally. She is also featured on the Essentrics streaming platform, sharing her expertise with a global audience. Her Pilates training includes certification through Balanced Body, and she continues to evolve her approach by integrating diverse movement disciplines into her work.

Meg teaches a wide range of clients — from professional athletes to active seniors — with a focus on intelligent progression, longevity, and strength that supports real life.

Her style is deeply embodied and intentional. Through precise cueing and vivid imagery, she guides clients into a stronger, more connected relationship with their bodies.

We are so lucky to have Meg as a part of Aleō teaching Pilates! Be sure to try one of her classes if you haven’t :)
