Meet Kinga, a strength instructor here at Aleō! At Meet Kinga, a strength instructor here at Aleō! Athletic since childhood, Kinga discovered yoga in her early 20s. It gave her grounding, balance, and strength — but she craved more challenge. That’s when she found strength training, and everything changed. Combining mindful movement with weights transformed not just her body, but her mindset. What once felt intimidating became her greatest passion, and now she brings that energy to every class she teaches. Kinga’s mission is to show women that training is a gift: lifting weights doesn’t take away femininity — it builds strength, confidence, and empowerment. Her classes are dynamic, powerful, and challenging, but always tailored so you control the intensity. “We women are the strongest force in the world. And you can do it too.” Step into her class and discover your strength. 🦁 ¡Conoce a Kinga, una instructora de fuerza aquí en Aleō!Atlética desde niña, Kinga descubrió el yoga a sus 20 años. Le dio equilibrio, fuerza y conexión, pero ella buscaba un desafío mayor. Fue entonces cuando encontró el entrenamiento de fuerza… y todo cambió. Combinar movimiento consciente con pesas transformó no solo su cuerpo, sino también su mente. Lo que antes parecía intimidante se convirtió en su mayor pasión, y ahora transmite esa energía en cada clase que imparte. La misión de Kinga es mostrarle a las mujeres que entrenar es un regalo: levantar pesas no quita feminidad, la construye, junto con fuerza, confianza y empoderamiento.
